SUMMARY

The case relates to the proposed construction of a number of coastal buildings. The respondents argue that the proposal is in a vulnerable location due to its proximity to Port Phillip Bay and Kananook Creek and is at risk from the effects of coastal climate change including sea level rise and coastal and estuary flooding (at [82]).
