In October 2022, GMP lodged a class action claim against Hino Motors for mispresenting the fuel efficiency and emissions of their diesel vehicles. The class action is on behalf of people who own or lease affected Hino vehicles with a model year between 2003 and 2022. In April 2023, a second class action was filed by Maurice Blackburn.
