SUMMARY

Jubilee Australia, represented by Equity Generation Lawyers, are bringing a claim against Export Finance Australia (EFA) and the Northern Australia Infrastructure Facility (NAIF). EFA (a corporate Commonwealth entity) is Australia's export credit agency while the NAIF is a development financier to projects in the Northern Territory, Queensland, Western Australia and the Australian Indian Ocean Territories.
